khan saab aap ne jo iss post mai kaha hai k ijtihaad aur qayas islamic asool nai hotey ya woh part of islaam nai hotey tu uss k jawab mai me aap se sirf itna kahon ga k aap mera upper diya hua mazmoon perh len jo k me ne references k saath diya hai...!!!
yaad rahey k me apney pehley mazmoon ki baat ker raha hon jo purpule color mai me ne yahan paste kiya hua hai okz...!!!
mujhey umeed hai k aap ki uljhan insha ALLAH suljhan mai badal jaye gee...!!!
aur me umeed kerta hoon k aap ko baat samajh mai aa jaye gee insha ALLAH...!!!

jab ijtihaad ya qayaas ka tareqah hi yeh hai k quran aur sunat se hi masail ka hal nikala jata hai faraq sirf itna hai k yeh woh masail hotey hain jin ka quran o sunnat mai wazeh tor per koi ishara nai milta lekin woh chupey quran o sunnat mai hi hotey hain aur unn ko quraan o sunnat se hi makhooz kiya jata hai...!!!
tu phir mujhey aap yeh samjha den k jo cheez quran o sunnat se hi nikali jaa rahi hai woh islam se bahir kesey ho gai...???

lakin kia esa naeen hota key jub qias and ijtihad sey asool nikalta hay
to us ko aik group aik tarah precieve kerta hay and dosra group dosray tareeqay sey
dono hi keh rahey hotey haan key yeh asool Quran o hadees key aeen mutabik haan
lakin pir bi dono mutazad baat ker rahey hotay haan and dono hi apney app ko sacha samj rahey hotay haan and dosray ko ghalat
and baz ukat dono hi apni apni jaga durust hotey haan

ماءینڈ ہیکر بھای نے حدیث کے ضعیف ہونے کے حوالے پیش کیے ہیں لیکن حدیث کیوں ضعیف ہے یہ نہیں بتایا صرف یہ کہ دینا کہ حدیث ضعیف ہے اس سے حدیث ضعیف نہیں ہو جاتی بلکہ وجہ بیان کرنی پڑتی ہے کہ کس وجہ سے ضعیف ہے اصل میں یہ حدیث ضعیف نہیں ہوتی حدیث کے راوی کا سارا مسلہ ہوتا ہے
میں ابھی کہ لیے صرف ایک حوالہ پیش کروں گا ۔
حافظ ابو الفدار اسمعیلؒ بن عمرؒ بن کثیرؒ اپنی مشہور تفسیر ابن کثیر کے صفحہ 3 جلد ایک میں فرماتے ہیں
یہ حدیث مسند اور سنن میں جید اور کھری سند کے ساتھ مروی ہے جس کو تحقیق اپنے مقام پر ثابت شدہ ہے۔
اس عبارت سے بھی اس حدیث کا صحیح ہونا ثابت ہوتا ہے۔
