              diet maine to kabhi bhi nahi ki, bas Hadees per amal kerna chahiye ke bhook chor ker khana chahiye... is tarah se weight over nahi hota. aur walking to must kerni chahiye 1 hour kam se kam.

                walekumsalam
                me ne kabhi dieting nahi ki....sab kuch khati hon lekin sath daily aik ghanta excercise karti hon.dieting karna bilkul ghalat he....sehet khrab ho jati he....wakti tor par wazan kam ho ga lekin sehet par bure asraat hon ge....balance diet khaen or itni excecise zarur karen k thak jaen.
