          aik tbs oil
          aik anda
          illachi
          or 3 glaas milk (jo paka howa hoo)

          tarkeeb..
          aik deegchi main 3 glass doodh bana laian ..illachi daal kay ...

          powder milk, anda, baking powder,oil daal kay achi taraha goondh laian ....zaida naram lagay goondha na jaye to powder doodh thora or daal daian ....pher in ki choti tikkiyan bana laian ...buhat zaida bari na banian bad main yeh phool jati hain ......doodh bana kay pher us main yeh tikkiyan daal daian ..shuru main aanch medium rekhian pher halki kar daian ....10,15 min to lag jataay haian paknay main ....jab pak kay phool jaian to aik golo lay kay beech main say toor kay deekhian pak gai hai ya kacchi hai ..kachhi hoo gee to beech main yellow si nazar aye gee..kacchi hoo to kuch dair or halki aanch pay rehnian daian jab tak pak na jaye......sath pistay bhi daal daian .....

                        milk shake bana kay peeian ....is ka taste bilkul wesa hota hai jesay mango dala jaye us ka hota hai ..:thmbup:

                        jab aap kay paas Mango na hoo or mango icecream hoo tab aap is ka maza lay saktay hain:D:

                        chocolate icecream say aap chocolate milk bana saktay hain ...same procedure

                              Haleem main shan dabbay wali banati houn ..mujhay jo ghar main banai jati hain dalian mix kar kay us ki achi recipe abhi tak nahi milli ..main abhi us ki talash main houn :D:
