    cooker mai chicken , garlic, tomato , red chili, turmeric, salt aur 2 glass water daal dein.cook karein 20 mins tak. pher is mai oil add kar kay bhonein jab tak bones alag na ho jayein, pher bones nikal lein........
    Aik bari patili lein us mai sab daal daal dein aur 1 jug pani ka bhi daal dein. add salt aur turmeric.us waqt tak pakaein jab tak soft na ho jayein. pher is mai rice aur oats add karein, pani bhi dalein agar zaroorat paray tu. jab sab soft ho jayein tu grind kar lein ya pher hand beater say beat karein....mai grind karti hoon.....
    ab is mai chicken aur 2 tbsp garam masala bhi daal dein.
    alag pan mai 1/2 cup ghee dalein, us mai onion brown karein pher ginger aur green chillies dalein...thora sa stir karnay kay baad haleem per daal kar dhak dein.......searve karnay say pehlay lemon juice add karein....ready....:D:

          4 main say 3 hissay saag or 1 hissa palak ka hona chaye ...

          is ki recipe youh hai kay Saag or palak ko achi taraha dhoo kay kaat laian ...

          saag or palak ko alag alag boil karian ...saag dair say galta hai or palak jaldi gati hai isi leye alag alag boil karna hai ..sath hari mirch bhi daal daian ...

          jab gal jaian to pani nikal kay donoo ko ghoutnay say pees laian ..grainder main dal kay bhi paste bantay hian ..lekan hath say kaam karian ghoutna say to taste acha ata hai ..

          pher donoo ko mix kar laian ...

          aik pan main oil dalian , us main adrak lehan sa paste dalian ...or sath 2,3 lehsan fresh kaat kay daal daaian ..is say taste acha ata hai ...jab yeh bhalkay brown honay lagian to tamatar daal daian ....sath saray masalye namak, laal mirch, haldi, dhania powder daal daian ...pher is main saag ka paste dalian ...hari mirchian or hara dhania bhi daal daaian ......medium aanch pay pakian ...thori dair dhakan day daain ....jab ghee oper a jata hai ...to salan ban jata hai ...ab isay serve karian :eye:

                Aanchal saari hi recipes kamaal ki hain....
                aur Wafa...tum nay bhi buht acha addition kia hai..........dates shake ,,specially haleem:D

                french toast main bhi banati hoon...kafi jaldi bantay hain...lakin mujhay meetha zyada pasand nahin tu is liye main sugar ki bajaye
                red chili powder use karti hoon......:0

                    Mango milk shake -----to-----sweet dish

                    Mango milk shake to sab hi ko pasand ata hai ..aap isay as a sweet dish bhi serve kar sakti hain :eye:

                    is key leye milk shake garha banian ..itna garha kay chamach kay sath khaya ja sakye ....pher is main aap apni pasand kay fruits daal daian ....keela, angoor, seeb ...........bas ban gai milk shake ki sweet dish :dance2:
                    yeh lagta bhi buhat mazaye ka hai :dance:

                            pplzzz batain ...rooti pakatay waqt kin batoon ka khayal rakhna chahiye... ... me ko achi si rooti banana sikha dain......

                                rooti kay laduu baray mazaye kay bantay hian ..:eye:
                                is key leye aaik rooti banian ....paratha bhi bana saktay hian ....
                                pher us kay chotay chotay tukray kar laian ..
                                pher usay grainder main daal kay mazeed chota kar laian ....woh choran jesa hoo jaye ga..

                                ab aik pan laian ..us main yeh tukray dalian ...thora sa oil dalian ...oil itna hoo bas kay is main achi tarha mix hoo jaye ....
                                aanch halki rekhian ...
                                ilachi dalian
                                pasand kay mutabaq sugar dalian..
                                chamach chalti rehian ...jab sab kuch achi tarha mix hoo jaye or sugar bhi melt hoo jaye to chula band kar daian ...

                                isay zara sa thanda honay daian ..pher is kay gool gool laduu bana laian hath say ....yakeen karian buhat mazay kay laduu banian gay .. or hai bhi buhat asan recipe 5 min main sab ready hoo jaye ga :D:
