sab say pehlay ham bantay hian Oblye hovey chawal ..woh loog jo naya naya khana banana shuru kar rehay hain woh yeh recipe try kar saktay hian ..:rose
aap chawaloo ko different tareekay say paka saktay hian ....yeh sab say simple tareeka hai ....

namak==== 1 tbs

chawaloo ko 15 min pakanay say pehlay saaf kar kay bhigoo daian ...:rose

1)aik khuli deegchi main 2 cup pani boil karian ...
2)pani main 1 tbs salt dalian ..or 1tbs oil dalian..
3) jab pani boil honay lagay to chawal daal daian ...
4)thori thoori dair bad chamach chaltay rehian ...jab pani khushak hoo jaye to halki aanch pay 10 min kay leye dam day daian ...
5) dam jab complete hoo jaye to chawaloo main end main chamach zaror chaltay hain chawaloo ko mix kar laian ....
chawal ko ab serve karaian :)

chawal pakanay say pehlay kuch dair kay leye bhigoona zarori hai ..
jitnay chawal houn us ka double pani dalna hota hai ..
end main chamach say chawal zaror mix karaian is say chawal ki ghutliyan nahi banti ...
