    :salam: Very nice competition ..here is my recipe........

    Shahi Parantha


    Ingredients:

    2 tbsp Oil
    2 tbsp Ghee
    2 Eggs, beaten
    1 Onion, chopped
    1 cup Wheat Flour
    1 Tomato, chopped
    500 gms minced Meat
    5 Green Chilli, chopped
    1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
    Salt and Red Chilli powder
    Coriander leaves, chopped


    Method:
    Flour ko achi tarhaa sey goondh ker smooth dough bana lain .
    Oil pan main garm ker k onion brown ker lain . Saath main ginger garlic paste bhi dal dain or bhoon lain.
    Abb qeema main salt,red chilli powder or 1/2 cup pani dal ker pakney rakh dain . jub tak qeema na gal jayee phirachi tarha sey masaley main bhoon lain
    Make two omelettes.
    Make two thin chapatis.
    Abb 1 chapati per 1 omelette, thora sa qeema, thoori si green chilies, coriander or dosrey omelette sey cover kerdain or akhir maion doosri chapati rakh ker in k kinaroo ko apas main achi tarha sey daba dain.
    Abb tava per dal ker fry karain thorey sey oil, dono sides ko golden vrown ker lain or peesh karain .

      EGG PARATHAA

      Ingredients:

      4 Eggs
      2 tbsp Oil
      Salt to tase
      Red Chilli powder
      2 Onions, chopped
      1 Tomato,chopped
      2 cups Wheat Flour
      1 Capsicum, chopped
      Coriander leaves, chopped


      Method:
      Heat oil in a frying pan.
      Fry onions, add tomato and capsicum and saute for a minute.
      Add salt, chilli powder and eggs . Mix well. Fry till done.
      Add coriander leaves in it and keep aside.
      Now, prepare the wheat dough and make small balls of it.
      Stuff the egg mixture and make the paranthas and fry.
      Serve hot with butter or chutney.

        PALAK K PARATHAA

        INGREDIENTS:

        500 gms Palak
        400 gms ataa
        2 green chilies
        1/3 tsp Salt
        1/3 tsp Chili powder
        1/3 tsp black pepper powder
        200 gm Butter
        2 tbsp Ghee

        DIRECTIONS:
        Palak ko kat ker achi tarhaa sey dhoo lain or boil ker lain pani dalney ki zaroorat nahi woh apney hi pani main hoo jaye gi .
        Abb grinder main palak ,chopped green chilies, salt, chilli powder and black pepper powderdal ker achi tarha sey grind ker lain make sure k zayda patla na ho ek dum garha hona chahyeaa.
        Abb is mixture ko ataa or ghee k saath mila ker goondh lain
        Abb is paratha bail ker tava per butter k saath fry karain or golden brwon honey per serve karain .

          Gobhi K Parathhay

          • 1 cup Cauliflower (Gobhi) (grated)
          • 4 Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) (chopped)
          • A bunch of fresh Corriander (Hara Dhania)
          • 2 tbsp. Butter (Makhan)
          • Salt (to taste)
          • 3 cups Wheat Flour
          Directions


          1...Chop the green chillies into very small pieces.


          2.....Put wheat flour in a vessel and add grated cauliflower, green chillies, butter, corriander leaves and salt. Mix all of these ingredients well by adding warm water to form a dough. Knead the dough very well.


          3.....Take small pieces of dough at a time and roll with roller to make a round shape.


          4.....Place a non-stick tawa or frying pan on medium heat on stove. After the pan has heated turn flame to low. Place the paratha on frying pan and add 1 tbsp. of oil on each side of paratha and fry on both sides until it turns brown.

          Serving Suggestions: Serve Hot with Yogurt or corriander chutni:lpop: :lpop: :lpop: :lpop: :lpop: :lpop:

            Multi Layered Parathha

            Ingredients

            4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
            3 tbsp. Melted Butter (Makhan)
            1 tsp. Salt
            Water
            Oil
            All-Purpose Flour (Maida) (for rolling)

            DRIECTIONS:

            Add the melted butter to the wheat flour. Make a well in the center and add the water. Knead well to make a medium soft dough. Keep kneading, go ahead use that elbow grease, for about 5 to 8 minutes. Set aside for 20 minutes. Divide into equal balls about 2" in diameter. Roll out each ball approximately 4" in diameter, smear oil and dust with all purpose flour. Fold into half, so it looks like a "D". Again smear oil on the "D" and dust with all purpose flour.


            Fold again and it will look like a triangle. Roll out the triangular shape till it is 1/8th inch thick.


            Cook it on one side, on a tava or griddle, for 30 seconds and turn over. Smear oil over the top of the side that has been cooked first. Fry both the sides until golden brown and crisp on a slow medium flame.


            Serve hot. To keep warm keep in a recloseable tin lined with paper towels to absorb the moisture. When eaten hot off the pan it is mouth watering good.:lpop: :lpop: :lpop: :lpop: :lpop:

                    Mei layi hoon aap ke liyeh the latest version of pratah "Pizza Paratha" intihayi simple aur aasan


                    Ingredients
                    • Dough for paratha (paratha bananey ke liyeh gondha huwa aata)
                    • 8 eggs ( 8 anday)
                      One small onion, 2 green chillies- finely chopped ( ek chota pyaz, 2 hari marchein dono ko bareek kaat lein)
                    • Half cup chickpeas, boiled (aadha cup chaney, oubal ker istemal ker lain)
                    • Tomato, chopped ( ek timater, katta huwa)
                    • Few Branches of corander, finely chopped (dhuniya, bareek kata huwa)
                    • One medium sized tomato, sliced in thin round pieces for decoration (ek timater, bareek slices mei kata huwa)
                      Salt to taste or 1/2 tsp ( namak hasb-e-zaiqa)
                    • Spinach ( palak ek patey ager chahein to)
                    • Eggplant ( baingan slice kiyeh huwey )
                    • Ager aap chahein to baingan ki jaga koi bhi filling use ker saktey hain, shimla mirch, spring onion, chicken, thin sliced potatoes etc etc ...........


                    Method :

                    Sab se pehley aap paratha alag se tayyar ker lain, issey bananey ke 2 tareeqay hain , 1 baking in oven dosra in the pan. aap ko jo asan lagey wo tareeqa apna lijiyeh.

                    Pan mei bananey ke liyeh :
                    sab se pehley pan mei oil daliyeh, phir is dosri taraf 6 anday beat ker kai is mei sari ashya siwayeh tomatos mix kijiyeh aur pan mei daal do ( is poorey proceedure ke liyeh aagh buhut dheemi honi chahiyeh takey anday ek damm jal an jayeh aur baqi chizein achi tarah pak jaeyin. Jab anday ki teh sakht honey lagey aur andaza ho jayeh ke pak gaya hai to ek plate mei nikal lein. Ab final ek pan yaan round tray mei sab se neechey paratha rakhiyeh, ous per fried eggs fiiling and last mei baqi 2 anday daal dein sath hi timatar aur hara dhaniya chop ker kai dalein aur 5-8 minutes oven mei rakhein takey ooper ki layer bhi bake ho ker light brown ho jayeh.



                    Oven mei bananey ke liyeh:

                    Ager oven ho to yeh zada easy hai, ek pan yaan round baking tray mei paratha bichaiyeh, phir is per sari ashya andon ek sath mix ker ke daal dijiyeh, tomatos slices end mei top per jesa pic mei hai.

                    Preheated oven mei aap ko issey 20-30 mintues tak bake kerna hai (behter yeh ho ga ke after 20 minutes aap toothpick se check ker lain ager anday se narm ayaan kacha mehsoos ho to mazeed 5-10 min rak dijiye )

                    Banney ke baad yeh thora puffy aur brown ho ga.





                    Ab oven se nikal lijiyeh aur 5 mintues thora thanda honey djiyeh is ke baad mere pass chahkhney ke liyeh laiyeh :D

                      Me ki mama methi ke prathey bhi banati hain,

                      Methi Paratha
                      This I learnt from my pachi. She usually makes the dough in the night so that she can prepare the paratha for breakfast. Because of methi, this paratha is very good for health.Ingredients:
                      Methi leaves 2 bunches
                      Besan half cup
                      Wheat flour 3 cups
                      Chilli powder 1 tea spn
                      Oil and ghee 2 Tbl spn each
                      Salt

                      Procedure:
                      Cut methi leaves into small pieces and add salt. Keep for 5-10mins. Squeeze water out of the leaves. Add this to remaining ingredients to make dough. Apply oil and leave for 1-2hours. Make paratha. Fry the paratha and apply ghee on both sides.

                      Serves : 5
                      Preparation time : 15min

                        Vegetable and cheese paratha

                        Ingredients

                        3 cups wheat flour
                        1/2 tsp all spice powder
                        1/2 tsp turmeric powder
                        1/2 tsp chilli powder
                        Oil
                        Water

                        For stuffing

                        4 tbsp cottage cheese, grated or chopped
                        1 cup carrots, cauliflower and peas, chopped finely and combined
                        1 onion, finely chopped
                        1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
                        2 small green chillies, finely chopped
                        1/2 tsp all spice powder
                        1/2 tsp chilli powder
                        1/2 tsp oregano (ajwain)
                        Salt to taste

                        Method

                        Knead the flour with oil, salt, all spice powder, chilli powder and turmeric powder, using water to make dough. Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing. Make two small balls of the dough and roll them into the shape of puris. Place the stuffing on one puri, cover with another puri and press the edges together well. Roll out to the size of a paratha very gently so that the filling does not come out. If this is difficult, then roll out two thin rotis and spread the stuffing evenly and thinly over one roti and cover it with the other, pressing the edges together. Cook on a tawwa, using as much oil as desired, on normal flame.












                        Roghani paratha

                        Ingredients

                        4 cups wheat flour
                        1 cup oil
                        1 tsp salt
                        1 tsp crushed red chillies
                        2 tbsp mint leaves, chopped
                        2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
                        2 green chillies, finely chopped
                        1 tsp cumin seeds
                        1 tsp oregano (ajwain)
                        1 tsp onion seeds
                        1 tsp mustard seeds
                        1 tbsp masala of any pickle available at home
                        1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
                        Water

                        Method

                        Mix well all the ingredients in the flour except oil and water. You can use more pickle masala to enhance the taste. Add the oil and mix well, now add a little water at a time and knead the flour. Add as little water as possible to form a dough that just sticks together, not as soft and wet as the dough for the regular roti. Form a large ball and roll out to make a thick roti, cook it on medium heat using a few teaspoons of oil to fry it.

                          SAATDHAN PARATHA


                          TIRANGA PARATHA


                          INGREDIENTS:

                          1 cup wheat flour
                          1/2 cup spinach paste
                          1 tsp. salt
                          2 tbsp. oil
                          1 cup wheat flour
                          1/4 cup beetroot paste
                          1 tsp. salt
                          2 tbsp. oil
                          1 cup besan (gram flour)
                          1 tsp. salt
                          1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
                          1 tsp. red chili powder
                          1 tsp. coriander seeds
                          2 tsp. carom seeds (ajwain)
                          2 tbsp. oil


                          METHOD:
                          Mix together, wheat flour, salt and oil. Knead it with the spinach paste. Make a soft smooth dough. Keep covered with a moist cloth for 30 minutes.

                          Repeat the same for the red dough.

                          For yellow dough, mix flour and all other ingredients together. Make smooth dough by using warm water. Keep covered with moist cloth for 30 minutes.

                          How to proceed

                          Take a small portion from all of the dough. Make balls and roll out in between the palms separately, like long ropes.

                          Now combine all the ropes and twist them together by rolling with the palms. Now cut into small round balls. Take one ball, press it on floured surface. Roll out into a small size round shape paratha.

                          Put on a hot griddle for a minute, and cook it by using oil or ghee from both of the sides properly.

                          Delicious, tasty and colorful paratha is ready.

                          Serving Tips:

                          Serve hot with onion chutney or curd.

                              PESHAWARI PARATHAA

                              Wheat flour 2 cups
                              salt 1tsp
                              oil 2tbsp

                              For Filling
                              Ground cocunut 2tbsp
                              Lusciuos Apple 2tbsp (saib ka muraba)
                              Cashew nuts 1/2 cup
                              Butter for frying

                              Make a soft dough of wheat flour by adding salt and oil.

                              Take ground coconut add luscious apple(apple ka muaraba) ,cashew nuts mix them well in grinder make sure that no water will remain in it.

                              Make chapatii and place this mixture on it and cover it with another chapatti and press tightly.

                              Place parathaa on tava and fry it with butter and serve h

                                PUDDINA PARATHAA

                                Whole meal flour 250 gms.
                                Mint leaves 1 cup
                                Oil 3 tbsp.

                                Salt As per taste

                                1. Sieve flour with salt.
                                2. Dry half the mint leaves on a hot griddle and then powder and the remaining half chop.

                                3. Mix the chopped mint leaves into the flour and knead into a stiff dough.

                                4. Knead well, cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

                                5. Divide into 6 equal portions,

                                6. Roll out each portion with a rolling pin to approximately six inch diameter.

                                7. Cook rolled portion (paratha) on a Tawa (griddle plate), on moderate heat for 3 minutes. Turn it and smear half a table spoon of oil on paratha. Repeat the same on the other side.

                                8. Cook on low heat till golden brown. Serve hot with Dal Pakhtooni or curry of your choice.

                                Take chopped onionin a pan add oil make it cirspy brown then crush them.

                                Make a soft dough of wheat flour by adding salt ,oil and crush onions.
