Mere office mei aisi buhut si females hai who have crossed even 40 still teh are active and work regularly as per routine .. aur ek baat is ke jawab mei ke mard 50-60 ki age tak kaam kertey hai so I have a colleage she's from france, she's 58 and works as good as a man, she plays tennsi, golf as well and she's good in them ....sirf apney aas pass ke mahol tak mehdood matt raho janab ...my grand mum was 50 jab tak mujeh yaad hai wo rozana sehan mei se apni charpayi khudh outha ker kamrey mei la ker rakhti thi, khana bhi :alhamd: banati thi .......

Saima agree and dis-agree. Chust aur sust hona bohat hadd tak apney ander per depended hai. U ki tarha meri nani was around about 70 when she still was very much active and did her work. My mum is around about 55 aur woh pedal chalna ziyada pasand karti hain .... aur jahan tak yahan denmark ki ladies ki baat hai to aap ko sarrak per 65-75 saal ki aurtein cycle chalati hui nazar aaein gi....
