Ppl can go to the doctor who charges less.
Whereas child labor eradication is concerned, we can create awareness among the masses since this is even a bigger problem in village where a high percentage of children remain untought and neglected.

A day in the village,
Its morning and now pplz of village are going to get awake, now first of all what they have to do is to have a strong breakfast and then they go out in the fields and ladies remian in home to start the household works, i have started from breakfast so that i may be able to lengthen their daily routine, now in the fields they don't do ploughing by bulls but by tractors bcoz now they are also not love to make much efforts and don't want to waste energies, now i have question at this point that are these tractors are being invented in villages??????????????????????????? so after 2 or 3 hours they feel that that have done alot and now they shoul dtake rest so they have a nice lap of 2-3 hours in the shade of some tree, and its lunch time after having a great lunch and most of the things they are having in the lunch like vegitables or some other are not produced by themselves but had been purchased by village shop, so this is the fresh things they are eating, after having this kind of lunch they have the remianing day for gossips because there is nothing to do, and by these gossips what they get the information of someone else personal lives which will be the root cause of problems and typical fights in future, and they have to produse such kind of problems because they have nothing to do, in the evening again nthey need food and then they will go for sleep because it is very late for them.

This all the narration of village life is what i have keenly observed in villages, don't think that i haven't been in village, so in the above all daily routine if anyone has some objection he/she can argue with me, and this is the typical daily routine because other than these they have nothing to do, and why u see the family fights that prolong from generation to generation is just because they need some activity where they can spend time.
On the other hand in cities everyone is busy in their lives for the betterment of country and themselves, have u ever seen generation to generational family fights, the only ppl zthey have they also had migrated from villages.
So Miiss Gul this all is the reply of ur answer, i will wait for ur to be continued part so that i may be able to answer.
In the village if u have some other valid point which justifies ur side i will appreciate, but plz be logical don't go for emotional things, because what we are feeling is that emotionally may be someone would be trapped but logically no one can

You have mentioned that in the cities there are certain diseases, so for ur kind information if u have observed in the history or current era the ratio of such appidemic deseases is much more in villages than in cities. If i am wrong please correct me, the same disease which are present in cities are exactly the same in the villages, average life is also same.
