SCATTERED FEELINGS

Engulfed by the darkness

Of such immense sadness

I stand there breathing

Listening to my heart beating

What is this that I am feeling??

Life passes by without a trace

Like fingers through lace

That glides with such haste

Sorrow has no vow

A vow of despair ....

a despair so persistant

Blinded I am by its element

Anguish has no name

That has no face

A non ending race

Alas I stand there alone trembling
