بہت افسوناک مرحلہ آچکا ہے مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ سب کو پتہ ہے سرکاری سکول / ہسپتال جانے کا کوئی فائدہ نہیں نا اچھی تعلیم نا اچھا علاج
*ان سرکاری اسکول / اسپتالوں میں صرف مجبور بے بس لاچار ہی جائے گا جو مہنگے پرائیوٹ اسکول / اسپتال کا خرچہ نہیں اٹھا سکتا

Pakistan kay health system ka andaza aap is waqee se laga lein jo recently pesh aaya.

Mere aik door ke rishtaydaar jo ke hafizabad mein mukeem hein. Ghareeb hein becharay. Aaj se 2 month pehlay un ki 4 saala beti beemar ho gai diarrhea ho gaya usay. Kuch dair hafizabad mein dispensary se dawa lene ke baad usay jub usay aafaqa nahi hua to usay Civil hospital hafizabad admit kara dia gaya. 2 number laboratories ke 2 number tests hotay rahay aur us ke pait ka ilaaj kia jata raha. masoom jaan ko her rooz 4,5 drip charha di jatein lekin afaqa na hota. Haalat patli hui to unhein kaha gaya ke isay Lahore Children hospital le jaein yeh case hamara nahi raha. Us ki maan apni deegar 3 bachiyoon ko b lahore Children hospital apne sath le gaye kyon ke un chooti bachoiyon jo 6 months se le ker 6 saal tak hein un ki care kerne wala aur koi bhi nahi. Children hospital pohanchay to 2 raat unhein bed he nahi dia gaya, aur wo apni bachi ko kabi bench pe lata ker, kabi goad mein bitha ker dripein lagwatay rahay. phir jub bed dia gaya to us ke 2 din baad phir usay farig ker dia gaya ke yahan bed ki kami he aap chalay jaein.

Wapis hafizabad aaye, samaj nahi aaya kia karein, bachi ko ghar rakha aur phir civil hospital mein le gaye. saara din koi doctor nahi aata tha check kerne, nursing staff he dripein charhata raha. Phir us ke baad kabi ghar kabi hospital, kabi bachi ko raat ke waqt emergency mein oxygen lagwanay le jatay. Uski maan bus yahi duaa maangti rahi ke us ki beti ko Allah utha le. Mujay yeh khabar bohat dair se hui. takreebun koi 40 din us ki beemari ko guzar chukay thay. Mein ne unhein call ki aur kaha ke aap buchi ko forun Sialkot le aaein mein iska private ilaaj kerwata hoon. Yahan aik private hospital mein admit kerwaya test kerwaye gaye to pata chala ke bachi ke pait mein pani he aur is ke kidney b kaam nahi ker rahay. bachi is kadar kamzoor ho gai thi k us usay dekh ker rona aata tha. Pata nahi uski maan kis dil gurday se usay bardasht ker rahi thi. Tests kerwaye gaye to masla basically kidneys ka nikla jo ke severe drugs effect se kharab ho gaye thay. Pediatricians aur nephrologist ke panel ne is ki bemari ko diagnose kia aur sirf 10 din ke ilaaj se wo bachi theek ho gaye aur aik week ki mazeed dawai le ke ghar chali gai. Kul us bachi ki maa ka phone aaya tha aur wo inthai khush thi aur bata rahi thi bachi jo pehlay beth bhi nahi sakti thi ub chalnay lagi her aur ub na us ke pait mein pani he aur na kidneys ka masla he, sub kuch achay se kha pi rahi he. Yeh sun ker jaan mein jaan aai aur Allah ka laakh shukar adaa kia.

40 se 50 din tak govt. ke hospitals mein us ki beemari tak diagnose nahi ho saki. 2 hospitals ne usay la'ilaaj bhi karaar de dia tha, lekin wo bachi survive ker gaye. Ager usay private treatment na milta to Allah janay kia hota.

Yeh to sirf aik bachi ki daastan he. Aap khud andaza laga lein ke Pakistan mein aisay kitnay bachay hoon ge, jo sarkaari ilaaj na milnay per is dunia se moun moor jatay hein? Kia benazir income support program jo ke Pakistan ke health budget se 10 times bara he wo itni poor medical arrangements mein justify kerta he?

Pakistan ko aik true leadership ki zaroorat he, well governance ki zaroorat he. kuch loog billa soochay samjay bharkein maarte hein ke Pakistan mein bara potential he aagay berhnay ka to mein logically yeh kahoon ga ke waqee pakistan mein bohat potential he aagay berhne ka.

Sub se pehli cheez to Pakistan ko territorial advantage he, is ki zameen zarkhaiz he, isay aik samandar mila he, is mulk mein besh baha khazanay dafan hein jinhein nikal ker is mulk ki takdeer badali ja sakti he. Ub to 1990 ke baad se to thar ke ilaqay se coal / gas / petrol ke big big big reservoirs mil gaye hein, jo kai sadiyoon tak Pakistan ka saath de saktay hein. Sandak se soona / taamba, dhandoot se mineral, chaghi, loralai aur aas paas ke ilakay se granite aur sang-e-marmar aur bulke balochistan to pura khazaano se bahra hua he.

Arab ki zameen zarkhaiz nahi thi, na kudarti khazanay thay wahan, sirf petrol tha aur us koom ne apni taqdeer badal di. Pakistan ke paas to sub kuch hay. Lekin management aur good governance ka fukdaan he.

Yeh cheezein jo Allah ne khud se Pak sarzameen ko atta ki hein wo hoosla deti hein ke Pakistan mein potential bohat he. Lekin Jub pakistan ki leadership aur bezameer Pakistani awam ko dekhta hoon to na-ummid ke saaye ke ilawa kuch nahi dikhta.

Well, about budget, you have seen my one feedback in form of a caption i wrote on an image. It doesn't require some rocket science to understand how manipulative this budget is( just like previous ones). I only keep thinking about the $60BN debt which is a critical alarm not only from financial perspective but also from the perspective of Pakistan being a sovereign nation. You tell me one simple thing, when i keep giving you money for 30-40 years, and i mean some series money, at some stage after 50-70 years it means i own you and you owe me everything of yours! That's the whole point, running Pakistan on international aid is not a big magic, even a tenth grader can do it. This budget and all other financial schemes announced by Govt of Pakistan are phony and pile of hoaxes.

A big demand will eventually come from those parties who finance Pakistan, and this demand could be anything from handing out Nuclear assets to being a bitch of your eastern and western enemies.

For a stable financial stool, we need to eliminate the debt at any cost. We have to think about containing this situation of inflation where we print 4billion everyday...!
For what its worth, i couldn't agree more with you, we need a good governance to correct some series wrongs done by shitty politicians and slutty military.

Well, about budget, you have seen my one feedback in form of a caption i wrote on an image. You didn't discuss military budget, it has been reduced massively. You and me know that who are the real supreme commanders in this regard.

Also the big military goons are well off to grab their portion by hook or by crook. This little increase, hopefully would be leveled by inflation rate.

I really don't know who big economist or level headed are sitting to help preparing budgetary manual. But one thing is clear. This budget is designed in a way that it provides a lot of room to the big goons to fill their big bellies.

Dude, bunch of lunatics and buffoons are ruling us with so class that i have got to admit their professionalism. >60% is living below the poverty line and geniuses are busy in devising budget for pay scale 1 to 21 with all bonuses explained. Man o man they get me every time..:p

I got your point. I have a reason not to discuss military budget as this institution is as important as people of Pakistan so I don't want to intermingle with two big department i.e. military and civilian. Also the big military goons are well off to grab their portion by hook or by crook. This little increase, hopefully would be leveled by inflation rate.
