karni chahye.........life is not a bed of roses...jabh aurat per "not soo good" waqt aa jaata he , aur uss ko naukri ki zroorat pesh aai to pareshaani ka saamna krna parhh skta he...agger pehle se yeh mindframe ho ya experince ho to phir itna mushkil nhi hota. issliye ke koi bhi iss baat ki guarantee nhi de sakta ke uss aurat ka burden koi doosra utha pai ga...

on the other hand.... woh khateeen do laakhuhn krooruhn mein khel rhi hein...phir be sirf iss liye job krna chati hein ko woh bhi career-orientated huhn taakeh oonche tabke mein unnki pazeerai ho..unhein koi zroorat nehi he job ki!!!!!!!

mere is topic pay kisi say baat hovi the me nay kaha kay karni chaye (depends job kesi hai or kio kar rahi hain )achay boray waqat ka pata nahi hota kabhi bhi zarorat par sakti hai ...........lekan un ka khayal hai kay job karna pesa kama aurat ki zimmdari nahi hai ...mard ki hai ...or Allha pay bharoosa rakhian Allha rizq khud barha deytay hain or banday tuk pounch jata hai ..bahir itnay saray mardoo main aurat rehye wo pasand nahi karti .....(is baat pay mery apnay kuch points hain jin say main agree nahi karti un ki kuch batoo say wo main bad main share karoun gee .....) is baat pay aap loog kia kehna chahoo gay ????

Mera apna view hay k job ortoN k lye bhi utna hi zaroori hay jitna males k lye hay, aik to is se society ka aik useful resource istemal main aa jata hay doosra is se families ko individual support bhi mil jati hay, lekan kuch pehloN main females k job karny ko acha nahi samjha jata specially in pakistan, jis se un k character/personality pe sawalia nishan laga diye jaty hain. But time is changing now, pakistan k economic halat hi aisy ban gaye hain ke ab females ko job karna PARR rahi hay, baaz scenarios main to females poora poora gher chala rahi hain aur baaz main as supporting individual is main hissa le rahi hain, idher humary muashry ka yeh aik aur makrooh pehloo hay ke jab zaroorat hoti hy female ki support ki to hum un ki job ko appreciate karny lag jaty hain, aur jab zaroorat nahi hoti to un k parents/husband hi kehty nazar aaty hain ke abhi hum zindah hain. Halankeh aisa qati nahi hona chahye, taleem aur rozgaar ki talash female ka bunyadi haq hay, aur unhian is aspect main azaad hona chahye.

Yahan aik aur pehloo samny aata hay, log kehty hain ke females ko bahir nahi nikalny dena chahye !! in ko achy bury ka pata nahi hota aur baaz mislead ho jati hain. Mera yeh view hay ke jab tak aap unhain bahir nahi nikalny dein gy to unhain dunya ka kesy pata chaly ga?? unhain yeh kesy pata chaly ga ke kia un k lye acha hay aur kia bura hay?? Un k sath imtiazi salook karty hain hum jin ki wajah se woh ahsas-e-mahroomi ka shikaar ho k hi mislead hoti hain. Females ko bhi chahye ke agar un p un k gher waly bharosa kar ke gher se bahir bhejty hain to sirf apni professional responsibilities ki taraf hi tawajja dein(jo ke mostly females is point se hat jati hain). Unhain yeh zehan main rakhna chahye ke unhain apni deeds se hi society k is view ko change karna hay jis ki wajah se unhain bahir nahi nikalny dia jata. Remember, " A lady sincere to his profession may also open another trustful door for another professional female "

لڑکی کی زندگی کے دو ہی دور ۔۔۔۔۔شادی سے پہلے اور شادی کے بعد
اگر شادی سے پہلے روائیتی تعلیم حاصل کرنے کے بعد فراغت ملتی ہے تو ضرور جاب کرے یعنی یہ فراغت سے بہتر ہے اور اپنی تعلیم کو بروئے کار لانے اور خود شناسی کے مراحل طے کرنے کے لیے بہترین موقع ہے
اور شادی کے بعد اگر جاب اور گھر میں توازن قائم رکھ سکتی ہے تو ضرور جاب کرے اگر بچہ یا بچے چھوٹے ہوں اور اس وجہ سئ نظر انداز ہو رہے ہوں تو یہ مناسب نہیں
ہاں اگر مالی معاونت کے لیے کرناچاہے تو یہ مجبوری ہے کوئی آپشن نہیں ہے
ان شارٹ ۔۔۔۔۔عورت ضرور جاب کرے اپنی حدود کے اندر رہتے ہوئے اس میں کوئی مضائقہ نہیں

I consider that there are a lot of factors that state that women should work. The first one is that housekeeping, sitting at home and watching TV in the mean time leads to degradation. Housewife's education becomes useless because all the knowledge obtained at the university is getting lost witout practice. Also sitting at home leads to relationship problems with husband. Housewife may think that her husband doesn't pay her enough attention and appriciate her hosework. Housewife doesn't feel that society needs them and sometimes they feel a lack of companionship.

Thank you for posting such an important topic, for which I would like to pass my great appreciation.

I have read the comments posted by our valued members and would like to share my opinion too, I know my words might create more disturbances but be assured that whatever I have mentioned are authentic and may ALLAH forgive me for any mistake or for any miscommunication. Ameen

I have broken my debate in three categories, first category will discuss the permissible in ISLAM, second will discuss the issues being in Pakistan and finally my conclusion.

Women Jobs & go out for Employment according to our religion ISLAM:Should women do job in PAKISTAN?:Conclusion:

Women should perform jobs under the rules and parameters set by our religion Islam and our society for the suitable employment they can opt employment as we mentioned earlier such as Medical, teaching and housekeeping where they can feel protection and sense of security from male aggression and lust.

Your healthy criticism is most welcome and this debate is open for further discussion :)
