              Truly saying, Big NO.

              Mujay koi bhi new tip nahi mili jo mujay help out karti.

              Waise mein aap bhi bara seyana hon. Alhamdullilah last 3 days se BP bhi normal he aur sir dard bhi nahi

                    Assalaam-O-Alaikum

                    munda_sialkoty, aap ki tamam beeriyon ka aik hi ilaaj hay aur woh yeh hay kay GIVE TIME TO YOURSELF... zindagi main bohat kuch banna, business waghaira main itna mashgool na hojayain kay aap apni sehat ka khayal naa rakhain.... You must do some physical exercies, apnay jism ko gardish main rakhain, sahi ghiza ka istimaal karain, oily aur faty food ko avoid karain, hosaay tou Olive oil ka istimaal karain, warzish ko mamool-e-zindagi banayain, PAANCH waqt ki namaaz BA-JAMA'AT ada karain, Fajr ka waqt exercise kay liye bohat hi munasib hain, jaldi so kar subha jaldi uthay "Early to bed, early to rise is HEALTHY and WISE"

                    I am sure if you follow this, no tension, no headache and no memory problem will be exist..... hum aksar mashgoliyat-e-zindagi ko apnay sar per sawaar kar laitay hain aur yehi waja hay aksar logon main chiRchiRay pann ki, jald ghussa aanay ki, sar main dard ki, yadaashat sahi kaam nahin karnay ki, bhool jaanay ki aadaat, blood pressure, tenstion, obesity, you name it..... therefore, healthy living is very much important, sab dawayoon say door rahain!

                    My prayers are with you and only my prayers wont do, you must THINK and DO something for yourself, all the BEST, khush rahyeh :)
