aap ka topic bahut interesting hai..... aur serious topic hai..... wese aisa hota hai k hum intehai aziat naak situation se guzar rahe hotay hain..... kabhi kaam ka tension hota hai tu kabhi androoni khof hota hai jo hamain tense rakhta hai tu bahir kay bhi awamal hote hain..... pata nahi kyun totally uncertainty hoti hai.....

So here you are with your broken thoughts :khi:

Agony, sadness, pain, anger...i relate it with sensitivity. More you are sensitive, more you have tendency to feel like this. Apparently quite hard to tackle, but you see God has given us some tools and introduced a homeostatic system to dissolve agony - Time is one. Keep strong faith on Almighty God, then your tools would really work. God bless you
