Very well! Yehi hamari prime koshish hai. Is koshish mein hamein kuchh aisey threads kabhi kabar delete karney partey hain jo meyaari nahin hotey. Threads which include only icons. Yeh threads meyari nahin hotey magar aisey threads ko delete karney sey kuchh member khafa ho jatey hain. Ham kisi ko khafa nahin karna chahta, magar ham apney members ko yehi btana chahtey hain keh ham aik meyaar per kaam karna chahtey hain. Us meyaar ko paaney key liye agar aisa koi qadam uthaya jaey aur kisi member ka thread delete kar diya jaey to aap us sey dil-bardashta na huwa karein. Balkeh ham aap mein behtari pedah karna chahtey hain - I wan't to get the best out of each of you :)

Choose the eligible MODS, who are wise enough to justify their status. Give them more privilage enabling them to mark the members with the rank/status they deserve, like Bonga Member, Standard Member, Excellent Member, Poet, Good Poet, Outstanding Poet, Funny member, Very Funny member, Writer, Good Writer, Excellent Writer, Vigilant, Outstanding Member/outstanding allrounder and replace this system with the recent reputation system.

As you can see we don't have moderator for each section yet. Hamari yeh soch hai keh ham aik aisi team tayyar karein jo bohat arsa tak aik saath mil ker kaam karein. What I personally DISLIKE is dividing into groups. Yeh kisi bhi forum ki tabahi ki taraf pehla qadam hai. We want' pplz who WAN'T to do a work for the community.

Labeling the members should'nt be a job for moderators. Is waqt ranking is done via the amount of postings. This is not the way to do it - but it's just begining. Ham khud soch rahey hain keh aisey hi ranks hon jo achhey lagein, magar how to judge between writer, good writer and excellent writer? It's NOT easy and abit discourging as well. Meri zaati soch hai keh main logon mein shaoor pedah karoon us field ka jis mein woh hai, agar koi likhna chahta hai to uski tehreer key alfaaz ko nahin dekhna chahiye balkey keh woh kya likh raha/rahi hai. No one wanna be a BONGA MEMBER and how to judge a bonga member? Bongiyaan to ham sab martey hain :D :D :D. Aur munda_sialkoty to hamesha bonga hi rahey ga na :D (just kidding). Honestly is tarha member mein aik dis-satisfacton pedah ho gi aur favortisme ka ilzam bhi lag sakta hai.

On the other hand, we can have competitions like "Best Funny Thread", "Best Serious Thread" like we have poetry contests in poet's club... we can give awards to members for their good work ... and this will be decided by voting.

Yeh hamari apni soch bhi hai aur kuchh sections mein yeh sab hai, magar iskey bawajood member ka rujhaan kam hai. Ab tasweer per shairi airk bohat nice contest hai. Hamarey paas bohat achha achha likhney waley hain, magar lagta hai keh jab koi selective subject ya project diya jaey to mehnat karna mushkil ho jata hai :).

There will be a huge opportinity for that - I'd give my users opportunity in ALL fields. Now look at Halaat-e-Hazira. I wish members take my words: FREEDOM OF SPEECH. I wan't them to talk about everything (still within the boundries of respect, self-respect). There pplz don't have that attitude towards discussing what really needs to be discussed.

There's one more thing , but completely differently....thats donations....we members who are sitting outside Pak (or even inside doesn't matter actually) would be asked to do favours if the need arises....but..that's a bit risky....and troublesome...risky in terms of the deliverance and collection....and troublesome 'cos it's not always a happy go lucky factor...but...it would be another chapter...and well...we should always be given the oppertunity to help.....we need assistance....

Well well well.... I don't know if you read my interview. Main ney aik do jagah kaha hai keh main Pegham ko insaniyat ki khidmat key liye istimaal karna chahta hoon. Well there is a very big issue there. Hamari bohat si zimmedariyaan hain, and inshaAllah at Pegham we will be dealing with some... :) so be here when it matters :)

1. When we open a thread, display the list of users currently vieweing the thread

The matter is, if I implement such modification, the performance during showing the tread will be decreased. It won't matter on broadband network but members still on modems will affect from it, as it take a bit off performance because each time the system has to make and query. So that's therefore it isn't implemented.

2. Shift the Member Avator and the member information from Top to the Left side

Done in the new skin.

3. Add more Smilies.

2-International lit. ka jo sec. hai uss mey thorey changes ...jaisey ..kis tarhan kaha jaye....wo sec. is tarhan hona chahiye key wahan hum lang. seekh bhi sakein aur seekha bhi sakein plus jab hum lang. ki baat kertey hein to us mey literature bhi aa jata hai...

Dekhein jahan tak ta'aluq doosri languages seekhaney ka hai to it's a huge task. It demands keh aap ko us zuban per aboor ho aur aap Grammer ko seekha sako, bghair Grammer koi bhi zuban nahin aati. Mera khiyal hai keh hamein sab sey pehley aik kaam karna chahiye. Aap ney notice kiya ho ga keh ham sab ka apna apna andaaz hai roman urdu likhney ka. Sab sey pehley hamein aik standard roman urdu bnani chahiye. Is per kaam ho sakta hai.

One more suggestion Masood. There is no need to open new rooms, as there are many rooms that have very minimal strengh of visiters. If possible, merge some similar kind of sections into one another...like poetry. To make a section successful, it is must that more people visit it on daily basis

We are not opening un-neccessary sections and always reviews these current sections. Jahan tak baat merging the sections ki hai to is per kuchh kehna chahoon ga:

Shairi key sections ko main merge nahin karna chata. Is liye keh merey dil mein adab ka bohat bada muqaam hai. Main ney kuchh forums per dekha hai keh shairi, nasr, mazahiya adab aur yahan tak keh lateefon ko bhi urdu adab key sectin mein dala huwa hai. Ab merey nazdeek yeh adab key saath be-adbi hai. To adab key section jaisey hain waisey hi rahein ge.

Yeh btaiye aap sab member keh aik bohat bada, jahan per bohat sarey members hon aur shor-sharaba ho aisa forum achha hai ya aik aisa forum jahan par sakoon ho aur usi sakoon mein insaan kaam kar sakey?
