Aap Pegham.Net k baray mein kuch batayen gay k yeh kaun se Server pe chal raha hai... Hosting k paisay kaun deta hai ya phir aap ka apna server hai... waisay to vBulletin aik ready-made system hai, leikin agar aap ko customization karni ho to aap k paas PHP programmers mojood hain... aur jo aap ka database hai, probably MySQL, usay kaun manage karta hai

U mean the international section...yes it seems to be available.....hmmm...it might need some refurbishing....like categorizing plus more sections....

Jaisey main ney us section key ibtidaiyah mein likha keh it'll depend a lot on the interest shown by the members. Main bhi cheezon ko categorized rakhney ka aadi hoon. Lekin iskey liye interest chahiye members ki janib sey :)

i have some technical suggestions ... i'm sure ur already working on it...

1. When we open a thread, display the list of users currently vieweing the thread
2. Shift the Member Avator and the member information from Top to the Left side
3. Add more Smilies.

it really matters key jahan aap apna time guzar rahey hon wahan ka mahol kaisa hai ...aur aik acha environment achey logon sey hi banta hai jo aik doosrey ki respect kerna jaantey hon...

1-yahan per meyra khayal hai students ki tadaad ziada hai to hamien aik sec. studies sey related rakhna chahiye jis mey kisi bhi sub. mey help chahiye ho ya phir is sey related koi masla ho to discuss ker liya jaye...
2-International lit. ka jo sec. hai uss mey thorey changes ...jaisey ..kis tarhan kaha jaye....wo sec. is tarhan hona chahiye key wahan hum lang. seekh bhi sakein aur seekha bhi sakein plus jab hum lang. ki baat kertey hein to us mey literature bhi aa jata hai...

There is one problem with this approach... nobody likes to be labelled with a status like "Standard Member".. when some other members have a status like "Excellent Member"... he will feel inferior... he might even feel jealous... it will affect his self-esteem...

members will like it if u upgrade their status... but what will happen when you degrade their status... and if this is done by a single person like the MOD or maybe even the Admin team, he will not like it...

On the other hand, we can have competitions like "Best Funny Thread", "Best Serious Thread" like we have poetry contests in poet's club... we can give awards to members for their good work ... and this will be decided by voting.

I appreciate your entry with rather reasonable and logical points. DIL KO LAGTI HE BAAT BAKRI KI :khi: Before moving ahead, just bear in your mind that we want healthy output that seems only possible by applying universal formula called "MOTIVATION". My suggestion with its sole features may have a little deformity in it as it somehow and somewhere seemingly entails to mess up a little to the self-esteem of the people who are not proficient enough to qualify for their desired status. But I am pretty sure; upon reconsidering my suggestion bit rationally you would not fail to find its good prospects too. It is just like a bitter medicine hard to engulf, but once you intake it you start feeling healthy changes. It is merely meant to promote a peculiar milieu that creats a fair tendency for everyone to come up with his/her best. The theme is to extract the maximum out of the least. On the other hand your idea is also feasible :phool:

Very nice post first of all .....its always..nice to hear the input ...aur achey ADMIN ki ye khubee hai ke vo apnee members ki bhi raye lein .I also agree with AMIR here ..he has a nice suggestion ....remember there is always room for improvement ( thats what my dad always says) .Yes you are right in saying that NO ONE has the right to compare forums ., har forum ki apni aik pehchan hotee hai and APNI EK JAGA and its also what you make of the forum ....:rose

Well i agree with Udaas on these issues.... if u are an outstanding member...u might be labeled with some nice tag but just as an extra....not a completely new category...so as to hurt another member.....there should be rewards but...sometimes they might lead to jealousy.....and so....i agree there....

In my opinion, there is no harm if someone gets a status he deserves :)

One more suggestion Masood. There is no need to open new rooms, as there are many rooms that have very minimal strengh of visiters. If possible, merge some similar kind of sections into one another...like poetry. To make a section successful, it is must that more people visit it on daily basis :rose
