2-International lit. ka jo sec. hai uss mey thorey changes ...jaisey ..kis tarhan kaha jaye....wo sec. is tarhan hona chahiye key wahan hum lang. seekh bhi sakein aur seekha bhi sakein plus jab hum lang. ki baat kertey hein to us mey literature bhi aa jata hai...

MOTIVATION is the key... we have to motivate our employees.... eh.. i mean members... to be more creative... and at the same time we should not make them feel that they are less special than the others... like you said, create an environment where each member gives his maximum output...

But can you also suggest how can we motivate members to be more creative? In an organization, there are many ways to motivate its employees like giving Bonus, vacation, promotion, company car, laptop etc. But how do we motivate members on a free discussion forum. One method is to announce "Member of the month" for each month depending on his posts.

Other method is labelling the members with the status they deserve.
