      very well posted... sahi kaha aap nay kay food intake bohat hi normal aur acha hona chayeh..

      I prefer running and cycling... garmiyon main swimming.... din main Fajr ki namaaz kay baad aik ghanta bhagna bohat hi healthy hoota hay aur mahool bhi bohat hi khushgawar aur acha hota hay!!

      I used to take some courses of injection for musals and body cuts ..but realize later on that its effect our heart pressure, and blood, so stopped it .. but I usually take safe proteins, vitamins for increasing my body power.
