    How to do... lunges





    Lunges are designed to help increase the strength in your upper leg and tone your bottom.

    Some people like to do them using no weights at all. Others prefer to rest a barbell behind their neck or even hold dumbbells in their hand to increase the intensity
    Don't use weights if you're under 16.

    STEP ONE





    Stand with your legs together and then lunge forward with your left leg so your leg is right out in front of you
    STEP TWO





    As you are lunging, bend your knee and flex your hip so your rear leg is almost in contact with the floor. Make sure you land on the heel of your front foot first and then bring the front of your foot down.
    STEP THREE




    Finally, return to your starting position by extending the hip and knee of the left leg. Now try it with your right leg lunging and repeat ten or fifteen times.

      thanks Khalil.. start main bilkul low waight sey shrow karna hy. after every week 2kg waight ka izafa kar loo.

                            main ney app se bochna tha k main a fule use karta hoon apni body ko fit and mota karne key liyaa.in ka koi side effects to naheen hotee? and in ka koi faeeda hota hai.ya nahi???

                              Helloo dear.. yaar ager body ko fit karna hy to exirsize karo .. or ager mota karna hay to apni Diet per twaju doo... short cut rasta na chose karo. abe mujy pata nahe k tum exirsiz karty ho yah nahe. ager karty ho to wait traning karty ho yah abdomnal. haan kuch food supliments hoty hain jo k body main proten ko gain karty hain.. ho saky to muj sey phone per bat karo. main tumy behter advise kar sakta hon.. tumy kuch daily k diet bataon ga ager tum wo use kar sakty ho to INSHALLAH boht jald tum improve karo ge. or ager koe foodsupliment use karna ho to os ka b mashwra don ga... or jis fule ke tum bat kar rahy ho i think in ka side efect hota hy body per... ager ko mazeed sawal pochna ho to poch sakty ho idhr be. or ager phone per contect karna howa to batana..
