    Asad bhai aap ka apna gym hay koi achi si chest ki game humain bhi batayin :)
    Food Sapliments kis hadh tak use karne chahyein ya nahi karne chayein ??
    in ke nuqsan kya hian ??
    pure body zabardast hay ya medicines wali :)
    Suna hay jigar kharab ho jata hay in se ??

            yaar achay say gyms main addmision lo...aur protin ko use karo..( ALL White Ghost), Anabolica mat lay lena. us main harmons hotay hain.
            Cheast ko obharnay kay liyah butterfly + Cheast banch

              Day jee :lol mujhey 3 saal ho gaye hian yeh kaam karte hoe lekan regulirty se nahi kya sab :) ab chahta hon ke reguler karon aur ache se gym main hi to game karta hon :)

                  haan jee to ap chest ko improve karna chahty hain.. chest k liya Bench Press. bench flays.. better flyes.. pull over... or dips pushups..

                  FOOD supliment ager use kar layn to koee nuqsaan nahee. lakin main khud use nahe karta.. Depend karta hay k ap game kitne hard lagaty hain ..or ager game hard lagaty hain or os hissaab sey diet manege nahe kar sakty to phir food supliment best hayn.. haan kuch madicens hayn jin ke side effects hayn.. kuch enjection or capsols....

                          Yaaram, asad ne jo mashwaray diye theek hein.

                          Ub kuch mashwaray meri taraf se bhi. Wo yeh ke first of all set your priority, ke tumhein heavy hona he ke muscular. Ager tumhara body weight kum he to tumhein light exercise kerni chahiye aur aik week mein 4 din kerni chahiye.

                          Aur ager tumhara weight munasib he aur tum muscular hona chahtay ho to tum week mein 5 ya 6 din exercise ker saktay ho. lekin don't murge more than two games. Aik din mein sirf aik body part ki game karo to acha he...yani aik din chest, aik din shoulder, aik din biceps, aik din triceps, aik din coller, aik din wings. mere khyaal mein 2 games ko merge kerna bhi munasib nahi.

                          Chest ke liye...sub se pehlay apni chest ko warmup karo...4 sets bench press @ straight bench. 3 sents inclined bench, aur 3 sets declined bench. is ke baad Flying sets...aur phir pullover...aur us ke baad dips.

                          aik baat ka khyaal rakho, ke neend puri zaroor karo...ager neend ziada nahi le saktay to apni exercise kum kar do.

                          diet mein protein use karo auf fat avoid karo...eggs white achi he...is ke ilawa chicken, fish theek he...ager fat ziada he to do time black coffee bhi piyo. exercise kerne se pehlay fresh juice zaroor piyo...cuz is se body mein energy aaye gi aur exercise sahi lagay gi...

                          exercise ke dooran paani peenay se avoid karo...exercise se pehlay aik ghanta kuch na khao (liquid pi saktay ho), aur exercise kerne ke baad bhi aik ghanta kuch nahi khao.

                          abdominal exercise daily ker saktay ho.

                          aur kuch poochna ho to welcome

                            aur haan food suppliments akser eggs white se buntay hein...usay presever kerne ke liye preservatives bhi use hotay hein...behtar yeh he ke din mein 6 eggs white istamaal karo...tum is ki mikdaar kum ya ziada bhi ker saktay ho, depends on ur exercise...eggs white body mein disolve ho jati he aur aap ko heavy ker deti he...i don't recommend you food suppliment...instead you can get the necessary ingrediants from natural sources
