        aik baat ka khyaal rakho, ke neend puri zaroor karo...ager neend ziada nahi le saktay to apni exercise kum kar do.

        diet mein protein use karo auf fat avoid karo...eggs white achi he...is ke ilawa chicken, fish theek he...ager fat ziada he to do time black coffee bhi piyo. exercise kerne se pehlay fresh juice zaroor piyo...cuz is se body mein energy aaye gi aur exercise sahi lagay gi...

        exercise ke dooran paani peenay se avoid karo...exercise se pehlay aik ghanta kuch na khao (liquid pi saktay ho), aur exercise kerne ke baad bhi aik ghanta kuch nahi khao.

        abdominal exercise daily ker saktay ho.

        aur kuch poochna ho to welcome

            Doodh (Milk) Bohaat he Mufeed hay.. Or ik sports man k liya to bohat he zaroore or Helpfull cheez hy.. Dhood main wo tumaam Ijzaa paya jaty hain jo ik body ko improve or powerfull banany k liya zaroore hoty hain. bodybuilding main kely (banana) or Milk ka combination suitable hy..

            Or sab sey bar ker yeh ke hamry piyary AQA HAZRAt MUHAMAAD (SAW) ka pasandeda mashroob hay DHOODH..

                bht ache bate btaie aap ne asad bahi...
                mene suna ha kie body building ko jab chor diya jata ha tu us se jism khrab ho jata ha aur latak jata ha mere ek teacher they woh hame Yoga per force kerte they kie yoga kero or woh hame kabhi kabhi us kie ex. bhi kerwate they un kie kehne kie mutbaiq es ko chorne se koi farq nehi parta...aap btaie kiya yeh sehe ha ????
                aur dosra aap ne yaha per sab hard ex. btaie ha kuch normal ex. bhi bta daie jis se w8 ko normal rakha ja sake...mujhe doc. ne hard ex. kerne se mnh kiya ha aap ko agr kuch light kism kie ex. kie bare mein pta ho tu zaror btaie :)

                  Zeeshan bahi aap ki baat kisi hadh tak sahi hay :) han albatta jab chorne ki baat ho to halki halki game lagate hi rehni chahye :) yani warm up excercices :) baqi is sawal ka detail jawab to mujhey bhi chahye ??

                    Ap ney ghalt suna hay Zeshaan..body building karny sey Jisam kharab nae hota balky khobsorat or Mazboot hota hay.. or na he chord deny jisam latkta hay. Mery khiaal sey yeh sirf exersize na karny ke bahany hain..

                        thankx Asad bahi :) kisi farig time mein zara ache trh guide kijeye ga kie ex. kis trh kerne chiye konse time kerne chiye or kin chese se avoid kerna chiye or starting mein kitna time dena chiye :)
                        lekan yar yeh banan mik shake wale bat hazam nehi howe bnda kehe kie mango milk shake tu bnda kuch ker hi leta ha lekan bananan nehi :khi:
