Islam ne masail ko hal kerne ke liye kuch tareeka-kaar wazah kiye hein...aur islam ne hi merd ko kuch ziada flexibility di he...zaroor is mein bhi koi maslehat ho gi...islam ne merd ko ziada shadiyon ki ijazat di he...aurat ko sirf us soorat mein ke pehlay tanseekh-e-nikkah karay aur phir doosri shadi karay...then how can u look the both cases with one eye...jo difference he usay samajnay ki kooshish karo...us hakeekat ko mananay ki kooshish karo...Islam se pehlay jis aurat ka shoher merta tha usay satti ker dete thay...yani us ki zindagi shoher ki moot ke saath hi khatam ker di jati thi...lekin islam ne auraton ke hakook ka khyaal kia...ub aurat chahay to 10 shadiyaan bhi ker sakti he...lekin aik tareeka-kaar ke tehat...islam ne jaiz aamaal mein sub se ziada na-pasandeeda amal Talaak ko kaha he...lekin phir bhi yeh jaiz to hay...ager aik merd apni bivi ke azdawaaji hakook puray nahi ker sakta to us aurat ko haq hasil he ke wo us merd se talaak le ke kisi doosray merd ke nikkah mein chali jaye jo us ke hakook puray ker sakta ho...to options aurat ke liye bhi hein...i realize what your talk is all about, but i am helpless to extract any formula by myself which is beyond our religion
