jub bi Pakistan main disaster ata hay
to yahi kaha jata hay key disaster ka area bohat bara hay , hum itnay areas ko cover naeen ker saktay etc etc
lakin jub bi funds lenay ki baat ati hay to sara funds province key sirf capital city per lagta hay and jis ki waja sey pora province neglect hota hay

khabrain dehk lain , karachi , lahore , islamabad , queta , peshawar key ilawa kis bi city ka zikar hota hay to esay jesay , wo door daraz ka koi city ho

in cities and in 5 barey cities ki halat main bi hazar guna farak hay

is ka bazahir jo aik hal hay key intazami lehaz sey her province ko 3 smaller provinces main break ker dia jaey
jis ki waja sey in ilaqoon ka intazam achi tarah chal sakey ga
and concentration sirf 5 cities ki taraf naeen ho gi and pakistan as a whole taraqi ki rah per chal sakey ga

mary khial main is hamry mulk main lisani aur qomiyat ki bunyad par jo alehdgi pasand tehreeken hain un ko taqviat mily gi apna issu uthany main aur uno ye silsala zoor pakar lay ga aur na rukny ki taraf chal nikly ga..
mary khil main aap nay jo shubhat peesh kiye hain un ka koi aur proper hal hona chaiye na k ye jo aap nay tajveez kiya hy...

mary khial main main apni baat keh chuka magar aap ki yad dahani kiliye phir arz kardeta hon k agar tamam sobon main k budget ka bara hissa panch baary shehron mainlaga diya jata hy to mery khila mian is ka ye halk naheen hy k sobon ko mazeed sub classifiction kark choty choty mazeed tukroon main bant diya jay balk us ka koi proper hal sobai hakomatoon ko karna chaiye ..
aur budget ki taqseem tamam sobay apny tamam shehron aur un ki abadi ko samny rakhty huy insaaf se kiya kareen .......

Agar Inteyzamiya theek ho to ye depend nahi kerta hai key jaga kitni choti ya kitni barhi hai, aur suboN mey abhi kuch arssa pehley koi nazim system bhi to raij kiya gaya tha.....??
