I think ....Yeh Plugin .....
Photoshop ka Jo b version aap use kar rahay hein ...

oss k folder mein copy paste karna hai... jessa k normally hota hai ...

Go To Program files .....!.look for ....Adobe Folder
Then ....Photoshop version which u r using ..
and then Plug_ins > Filters ...and Paste the file over there..!

Mein nay abhi add nahi kiya kar k deykhti hooN :) ....

It is just an idea !

jee iss ki files ..Automatically ..Photoshop k folder mein aa jaati hein ...

meinn ay wo folder filters k folder mein move kiya and now ....
It is Working....In Filters of Cs2 ...
