I had worked on it...... but when it comes to the blur... it doesn't seem to work. .......... I tried Blur....but no changes

why? just follow the instructions and try again :thmbup:

photoshop ka to mujhay itna nahi pata main paintshop say yeh kaam karti houn aap woh bhi try kar key deekh lejeye :)

try to do again and see wht step you missing.

what u do when you doing blur put the blur radius to 2.3 pixel and see whats ur result.

Please let me know if u still have some problems.:)
