Asalaam-o-alikum doston,

Bohat si dafa aesa hota hay keh aap ko kisi pic mein koi khaas hissa focus karna hota hay aur baqi ko out of focus karna hota hay, aaian aaj aap ko woh effect sikhata hoon

Mein yeh wali pic use kar raha hoon, iss mein statue par ziada focus hona chahiyay lekin iss mein background ziada wazeh hay

Sab say pehlay aap Edit in quick mask mode select karain tool palette say ya keyboard say Q press karain

Ab aap brush tool select karain aur jis hissay ko focus karna hay ussay paint kar dein too iss tarah ka image ho giay ga

Ab aap Edit in normal mode mein aa jian ya keyboard say Q press karain

Ab upper menu mein Filter > Blur > Gausian Blur select karain aur Radius 3 kar keh ok kar dein, aur aap ka final image yeh ho ga
