Asalamu Alaikum,Dear Pegham Members it is a blinking Eye,effect ;
Start by opening an image of a girl in photoshop and make Duplicate layer. then go to filter menu select liquify or press (ctrl+shift+x) . and then Select pucker tool from the tool bar and Close one eye of the lady. then oppen the image ready Create a two duplicate frame and hide the closed eye layer and set the sec 0.5 and play ...............thanking you
