Make Photocopy of Your Images.

Note this tutorial is only for your JPG/JPEG files, if you want to give this effect to your gif files, follow these steps.
1 - Open your gif file and press CTRL+A then CTRL+C and close your image. Now open a new file with its default setting and Press CTRL+V. Now you can see Layer 1 has been created. Now create your effect through the way that has been given below.
