Correcting System Hang at Startup

If your system hangs about 2 or 3 minutes at startup, where you can't access the Start
button or theTaskbar, it may be due to one specific service (Background Intelligent
Transfer) running in the background. Microsoft put out a patch for this but it didn't
work for me. Here's what you do
Click on Start/Run, type 'msconfig', then click 'OK'.
Go to the 'Services' tab, find the 'Background Intelligent Transfer' service.
Disable it, apply the changes & reboot.

its only for widows xp or for ever version??
cause 98 main services ka "tab" (option) nahin.
albataa startup ke tab main startup services ke list ati hai
wahn sey off kerna hai??

i think yeh sirf Xp k liye hai

waise dekh lein aap agar aap ko yehi option milta hai tu karein par i think k 98 mai nahi hai yeh option :phool:

yes 98 main yeh option nahin
per 98 main msconfig ko open kerin tu Autoexc.bat main
"if error leval 1=pasue" ka option tha mery paas woh uncheck ker key hata diya hai main nain,,,
