This trick can disbale the customisation of windows explorer toolbars
Valid for all Windows
Click start button & click run
type "Regedit" in run box & press OK
Registry editor will show up in windows explorer fashion
left section will show location of regitry entries
right section will show contents of current registry entry
For all users
in left section go to following place
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Policies\Explorer
For current user
in left section go to following place
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer
in right section right click & create new or modify existing DWord value called "NoToolbarCustomize"
value=0 Enable Toolbar Customisation
value=1 Disable Toolbar Customisation
