Error Reporting in XP

Simple Tariqa

Click start button & click run

type "Regedit" in run box & press OK

Registry editor will show up in windows explorer fashion

left section will show location of regitry entries

right section will show contents of current registry entry



in left section go to following place

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PCHealth\Err orReporting

in right section right click & Create or modify existing DWORD values to "1" to enable or "0" to disable
DoReport - Enable error reporting
ShowUI - Show user interface
IncludeKernelFaults - Include kernel errors in report
IncludeMicrosoftApps - Include Microsoft applications in report
IncludeWindowsApps - Include Windows components in report
