Site aimed at intermediate users. free video tutorials explaining various concepts and projects.


http://www.kirupa.com/ Good site with lots of tutorials on various topics. A good reference site if you need to learn something specific.
http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flash/ Good archive of articles from Adobe or a range of topics to do with Flash. Can be very useful at times, but not the best for beginners.
