You must have a "Blue Tooth" Device which could Transfer Data To Cell 2 PC...then u will be Elligible to Use it....

tum PC Nokia ke name ka aak software hai us se tum internet se connect ho sekte ho dear.PC Nokia agar tum ko na mila ya software to per msg karna dear may next time link send karon ga.

Nokia Pc suite.
and use also cable

i have already installed nokia pc suite software but there's required a mini dialup connection which is confusing me n e ways its ok i'll get d solution :)
