Left, Right, Up or Down?




Default settings in MS Excel use the Enter key to move your cell selection one cell down.



Okay, so that covers the downward movement, but what if you want to move the selection up, right or left?



Well, one way is to move your fingers from their usual positions on the keyboard and then use the arrow keys.



Certainly not a bad plan and it works just fine for many people. But, for those who prefer to use the Enter and Tab keys, here's what you may be looking for.

• Enter moves the cell selection down.
• Shift + Enter moves the cell selection up.
• Tab moves the cell selection right.
• Shift + Tab moves the cell selection left.

And there you have it! Excel navigation keys to suit everyone's tastes!

Changing Column and Rows Size:
1- On the column header , move the mouse to the column dividing Line. It will turn into a short line with extruding arrowheads.
2- Click the left mouse button and keep it held down.
3- Slowly move the mouse towards the left or right. Relase when the column is of the desired width.
4- Change the size of the rows in the same fashion, only clicking on the Row header and moving the mouse up and down.:lpop:

اگر سیل میں ملٹی لائن ٹائپنگ کرنی ہوتو، ویسے تو بہت طریقے ہیں پر ایک شارٹ طریقہ یہ ہے کہ اگر آپ ایک لائن میں لکھنے کے بعد دوسری لائن پر آنا چاہتے ہیں تو
۔ پریس کریں، اور دوسری لائن میں لکھنا شروع کردیں۔ALT + Enter
