    Assalam-u-Alaikum :rose

    jab hum koi video utube par ya face book par dekhtay hain
    to RealPlayer ki taraf se ek box aata hay keh download this video

    mere paas ab yeh nahi aa raha halankeh setting bhi saheeh hay

    brah-e-karam madad keejiye

    aap IDM use kejye, uss se bhi aap asy hi option k zahir hony pe video download kar sakty hain.

      Go to Control Panel > Internet options > Programs > Manage add-ons > enable the "Real Player download".
      press enter and restart your Browser.

            Actually yeh problem tab aa rahi hay jab aap apny real player ko update kar lety ho, yakeenan aap ney update kar lia ho ga, yeh problem bohat purani hay, i think early 2010 ki. Abhi aap latest fix download karein, real player ki website se, aur phir install karein, Hopefully masla hal ho jaye ga.
