Gul - aap key avatar ka image 100x100 pixels hona chahiye aur GIF mein hona chahiye. Agar aisa hai to some times it help to just ignore this error and save, it'll save....

If you still have problems please Attache your avatar gif here - one of the team member will upload it for you :)

As I told you - the Avatar should be no more than 100x100 pixels - your picture was 126x95 :)
