Photoshop open nahi ho raha hai.... Reading Text Global Rescourc.... Done hojata hai..per wahi pe hang hota..... mein ni 2, 3 bar reinstall be kardi.. likin wahi prb hai.

Close Photoshop. Then restart it but IMMEDIATELY after you click on it's icon to start it up, hold down [SHIFT] + [CTRL] + [ALT]. It will prompt you with a question, "do you want to delete your settings file?". Answer "Yes". It will delete the preferences file and rebuild it.

A corrupt preferences files is the cause of odd problems like this 80% of the time. Doesn't hurt to rebuild the file as a first step in seeking a solution

sidhi c baat hai aap ki windows corrupt hai... PS is highly affected by windows or agr aap koi new version use karhi hain j k aap k PC ki requrements say ziada hai to phirrrrrrrrr to esa hoga. Windows reinstall kar lein. Ag phir bhi problem aay to aik dafa apna Motherboard check kar len.. Mere motherBoard bhi isi traha achanak kharab hogia tha

try this

1. Make sure your photoshop is not running. (or hanged) you can kill it with windows task manager by hitting control-alt-delete and select the task manager button.

2. find the file called "Adobe Photoshop CS Prefs.psp" in the following folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop\8.0\Adobe Photoshop CS Settings\

* note: user will be whatever your are loged in as.

3. Delete this file or rename it to: Adobe Photoshop CS Prefs-old.psp (i just put "-old" at the end) - or whatver you want. The goal is so that photoshop doesnt use this .psp file again when it starts to load.

4. start photoshop, now it should load completely and it will prompt you to customize your color settings. You can click Yes or No.

5. Done
