Help (Bluecoat problem)

In our office by our IT dept bluecoat is installed in their server due to which we are unable to login in messenger even webmessenger, can anyone help or tell me any site which can be opened bypassing bluecoat, because almost all known sites i have checked and "Acess Denied" message come

Office ghaleyban kaam kerney ki jagey hoti hai :P

to kaam he kerta hain, lakin ic kisam ki restriction ab he aayi hain, pehle nahi thin
