luks like a spyware or may be a virus worst case snerio system hack ho gaya hai
I wud susggest this
dowload spybot and a gud antivirus and ad adware or a gud adware program
dont use 3 in one software not recommended
then start ur sytem in safe mode
and then run the antispyware first
then remove any infections found.
then run adware again remove whatever is found
last thing run antivirus and then again remove whatever is found
shud be all ok

the other way around is try doing system restore

had same issue but slightly diffrent the fisrt step helped mine as I had turned off system restore option so couldn't do it :(

and yeah last thing

yeah one more thing when u are in safe mode make sure u change the folder option to show all hidden and system files
bcs this infection might have created a hidden file
so make sure u do this before running any scan
