meray paas yeh problem aai thi meinnay yeh try kia too tkeeq ho gie
sab say pehlay aap Tools > Folder Options > View tab mein Show hidden or system files ko enable kar lein phir aap
C:\Documents and Settings\<your admin profile>\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop\7.0\Adobe Photoshop 7.0 Settings
Adobe Photoshop 7.0 Prefs.psp yeh file ho gi issay ya too delete kar dein ya rename kar dein, phir PS start karain
