Windows xp lost settings

Assalammualaikum

Meray pc mey aik masla aagaya hay aur woh yeh hay ke mey jab bhi koi file save ya koi bhi window ki setting karta ho aur jab pc restart karta hotu woh file ya setting phir se usi haalat mey chali jaati hay jo restart karnay se pehlay thi.files delete hojaati hay aur settings purani haalat mey chali jaati hay ...

dosra masla yeh hay ke window xp chaltay chaltay shutdown hojaata hay na koi blue creen aati hay na koi error msg...

Agar kisi ko iska hal maloom hay tu please help me...thanks in advance :)

If you can't even save a file to disk then there is a problem in hardware. Aap ki doosri problem bhi mujhey isi tarf ley jaa rahi hai kyun keh merey apney pc mein aisi problem thi keh suddenly it shutdown - us waqt problem motherboard ki thi - aap sey request hai keh sab sey pehley virus ya spyware check kijiye - agar koi virus ya spyware nahin aur aap abhi bhi koi file save nahin kar saktey - then try to defrag your harddisk - HD ki sehat ko janchein - yani check the condition of the harddisk - agar us mein bhi computer shutdown ho jaey to try to reply the HD first...

aap ka jo pehla prob hay wo user account ki setting ka hay aap nay khud is terh ki setting ker di hay.aur jesa keh masood bro nay betaya hay ye masla hard ware ki kherabi ki weja say bhi aata hay
aap ko dosra masla to waza hay aap ki koi hardware kam nahain ker reha ye sahi nahain hay laken praishani ki bat nahain aap ko serf ye kerna hay keh apna sound card,vga card. processer aur modam weghaira nekal ker pc ko achi terh air presure say saf kerna hay aur un ko dobara legana hay aap ka masla hal ho jae ga

Mera pela masla tu hal hogaya hay yani lost settings ka yeh masla is liye aaraha tha ke maine "Deep freeze" install kiya hua tha aur ab jab isko uninstall kiya tu lost setting ka masla hal hogaya hay files dobara se save hona shuru hogayi hay....ab jo dosra hay jaha tak maine internet per search kiya hay is hisaab se yeh overheating ka masla hay kiyu jab bhi mey koi heavy software use karta ho tu shutdown hojaata hay.....

Thanks khalil bhai aap ki think ne mera pehla masla hal kardiya hay yani Deep freeze ko uninstall karnay se lost settinsgs aur file save waghera ab honay lagi hay .... again thanks for ur reply :)

i think u have install some deep freez

ager aap khud nahain kersaktay to kisi aur say kerwa lain
is kam kay beghair ye aap ko tung kerta rehay ga aur ho sakta hay is ki weja say aap ka zeyada nuqsan ho jae
