Yes dear u can do it easily, actually this is called OCR (Opticle Character Recognition) software, by using these softwares u can easily scan a written page and it will conver it into the editable format, u can use one of the most popular OCR Software Abby Reader or Omnipage. hope it will work.Good Luck
