bhai is kay liyah to app internet explorer main content main jay aur active karday, saray option high, aik to yah tarika hain, but not 100% work.

Very good thinking, I wish all net cafe owners start applying such restrictions.
There are many software to do this job, I haven't used them myself but I'll post them one by one here & you can try them.
