I Need Help Regarding USERCP!

I need help. I can't send private messages for this site. I mean if I go to usercp and try to send message, I can't. A message comes saying. You don't have the privilege to do this action. I don't know what to do so can any moderator or administrator can help me to resolve this problem.

Desi princess .. aap ka post 100 hogaye hai aap ko ab jald pm ka privileges mil jayenga ...so dont worry its normal aap apni posts jari rakhain ... aaap ko jald hi pm acces dai dia jayega .... so chilll

Private messeges ka option aap ko tab milta hai jub aap ka posts ek limit sai oper hojaye i think 100 posts ......
