Error in loading AD

i am using Win 2003 server enterprise edition with service pack 2.0. I am working on SQL Server and my clients or in various cities. problem is that ... aaj subah jab server par kaam kar raha tha to achnak eik messge aya which discribe that Active Directory is damage or cannot load properly. I tried to my best but all in vain how can i recover my AD coz all user's accounts passwords polices workstation's detail are in this system and i want it at any cost . Have u any solution to find out this problem and i want tell u too that after fluctuations of electricity my server reset after rest that message appear and i check AD and got this error ...........waiting prompt reply

if you want data recovery you need to pay 400USD and u will get u whole data back Even you Hdd is Dead or vet with water or some else You are in a Pakistan's Famous Company so Make a Backup after a hour or After a day what u think is Much Better for you and your company and dont waste u r time in Recovering Your data cause i dont think u would Recover ur policies after recovering ur data.:donno:
