mei yaha ziyada kisi kou janteee tou nahi hou ....
actually mujhe ek question pouchna tha mei nay norton anti virus install kiya tha....recently mairay computer mei kuch problems hou gaee mei nay windows reinstall kiya...abb mairay pc mei bar bar yeah likha howa ata hey......norton antivirus system realtime protection is fail .......kiya kaarou?:donno:

Did you re-install the Norton Aniti Virus ???

Achha jo error message aata hai, can you take a dump of it and copy it here - yahi uski tasweer dikhao.. aur yeh bhi btao keh kya koi service ka naam likha aata hai?

OK Listen:

Jab bhi Windows ko re'install karna ho, ussey completely re'install - from scratch karna chahiye - experiences btatey hain keh Windows per Windows install karney sey bohat sarey program damage ho jatey hain, yehi yahan huwa hai. If you are not able to re'install the NAV (norton anti virus) then you have to completely un'install it from your computer... follow these steps:

To uninstall

To uninstall Norton AntiVirus

1. In the document, How to uninstall Norton AntiVirus 2003 or Norton AntiVirus 2003 Professional Edition follow the steps in the To uninstall Norton AntiVirus 2003 from the Norton AntiVirus program menu section, then follow the steps in the To uninstall Norton AntiVirus using the RNAV2003.exe removal utility section.
   
   If Norton AntiVirus was installed as part of Norton SystemWorks, then follow the instructions in the document How to uninstall Norton SystemWorks 2002 or 2003 to uninstall Norton SystemWorks first before running the Rnav2003.exe removal utility. After NSW is removed, then run the Rnav2003.exe removal utility to ensure that all of Norton AntiVirus has been removed.
2. Restart the computer.

(ONE STEP it can also be done via Control Panel - Add Remove Programs and remove Norton)

To delete the Norton AntiVirus and virus definitions folders and the virus definitions registry entries

1. Restart the computer.
2. Open Windows Explorer.
3. Delete the following folders:
   
   C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\VirusDefs folder
   C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus
   
   Note: If Norton AntiVirus is installed to a different folder, then delete that folder instead. If Norton AntiVirus is installed as part of NSW, then delete the C:\Program Files\Norton SystemWorks folder.
4. Exit Windows Explorer.
5. Edit the registry to remove the SharedDefs key according to the following instructions:
   
   WARNING:We strongly recommend that you back up the system registry before making any changes. Incorrect changes to the registry could result in permanent data loss or corrupted files. Modify only the keys that are specified. See the document How to back up the Windows registry before you proceed.
6. Click Start, and then click Run. The Run dialog box appears.
7. Type regedit and then click OK. The Registry Editor opens.
8. Delete the following key:
   
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Symantec\SharedDefs
9. Exit the Registry Editor, and then restart the computer.

mei os error kou copy nahi kar saktee is liya word 2 word likh diya hay but massod bhai app yaha nahi hou?
