    Save Ur Eyes !


    This will save your eyes, as life is not worth living without the eyes.
    During a recent visit to an optician, one of my friend was told of an
    xercise for the eyes by a specialist doctor in the US that he termed
    as20-20-20." It is apt for all of us, who spend long hours at our
    desks,looking at the computer screen.

    I Thought I'd share it with you. It helps you prevent eye problems
    caused due to long hours in front of a computer screen.


    Step I: After every 20 minutes of looking into the computer
    screen,turn your head and try to look at any object placed at least
    20 feet away. Thischanges the focal length of your eyes, a must-do
    for the tired eyes.

    Step II: Try and blink your eyes for 20 times in succession, to
    moisten them.

    Step III: Time permitting of course, one should walk 20 paces after
    every 20 minutes of sitting in one particular posture. Helps blood
    Circulation for the entire body.

      1.) Close your eyes for 60 seconds,

      2.) Close your eyes for 60 seconds, and think nothing...i.e. take your brain in neutral (zero)

      3.) Splash cold water

      4.) Rotate eyeball clockwise and anticlockwize 15-15 seconds, doing this blood circulate faster around eyes.
      Khandar wafa ka yaaro kured kar dekh lo
      Hamarey naam ka patthar zaroor milega

        this is worse one... is se eye sight weak hoti hai... buri terah.... :( my experience :( then i told ma doc.... she said... dont do nething without askin or consulting ur doctors.... I did that bad experiment :(

              Khatakali and Bharatnatyam classic dance sikhney walon ko eye baal rotate karney ki yeh basic lesson di jaati hai, btw different different logon ke diffrerent different ideas hotey hain.

                        nahi maine b yeh parha huwa hai it is good for ur blood circulation of eye... par yeh excercise sone se pehle bed pe karni chahiye hai maine psychology ki book mai parha tha :cc:

                              abey me ne shaiq shauq main ki thee.... eyes... ko lag pata jata hai bachu.. :(
                              is se better hai... kuch bhi parhtey huye dekhtey huye aik pal ko mind empty ker ke dooor arounf 20feet dooor dekho.... got my point... parhney main baten different hoti hain karney mein different... fir... har exercise har aik ko suit nahen kerti naa...
                              my Opthomologyst stopped me to do that... us se vision blury huye hi jata hai,,....
                              neways... my mom says... natural greenry view is best to save eyes...it really gives refreshment... :rose

                              my Colonel uncle was also asking us ...to eat carrots and to get nature view...to be fresh active.. n sharpen eyes... :lpop:
