sorry to intrupt u but as i perviously told u that first it is best to u to take reiki attunements that will enlight ur soul release all kerma bands will guide u how to focous ur energy, heal ur wounds that dosen't hurts after a long time period but they r still there heal ur emotions, heal others, activate ur lataif. will give u the idea how it is like to go in spirtual forms of consciousness, operating on the subtle dimensions.

can send you manual and attune u into Sufi reiki master because it is the sufi's ways to heal and first step into spirtual world and can tell you Zikers, meditation etc
