AOA,
Lets share all the important things regarding CSS in this thread.....It will be beneficial for all those who r trying to prepare themselves for this exam.....
As I have initiated this step so first I should contribute something in this regard.....so I am sharing a website, which is very common but still some people will not have an idea about that...here it is

I want to know that what sort of books should be studied in this regard specially those who have chosen Sociology as an optional subject...

If there is anyone who can guide me for making a timetable...I have only 5 months for preparation....I am very much tense about the compulsory subjects specially about current affairs and essays........Hope someone will guide me

well.. jaise paak mein CSS hota hai.. waise yahan IAS hota hai... hum bhi preparation ker rahe hain... hojata hai..
current afairs per nazar rakhiye.. newss.. bbc.com... update rakhiye khud ko....
essay ke liye.. likhne ki speed barhiye.. roz khud hi aik topic select ker ke us per kuch likhiye... aur timer laga ker aisa kijye... jub timer bajne lage tu likhna band ker dijye aur daikhiye ke aap utne waqt mein kitna likh paaye hain....
aur... hmm... optional mein kaun kuan se subjects liye hain aap ne?

hmmmmm...ummid actually I didn't apply for CSS right now but just collecting info...Himmat bandh rahi hoon....But mushkil lag raha hay.....Lekin agar mein ne select kiye tau mein Sociology, Agriculture, Economics, and may be pure mathematics or statistics but need guidance in this regard...I wish that I would have someone in company for preparation.
