Let me drop some line about first one sequence.

Preparing for the Interview:
1. Try and do some research on the department which is going to interview.

3. Good presentation helps. First impressions can count a lot so look smart and be well presented.
4. Assess your own skills and experience before the interview.
5. Prepare a two minute statement about yourself describing your skills, experience and accomplishments.
6. Think about the questions that you might be asked. Prepare some ready answers.

Remember that the interviewer is there to find out about you, what skills and experience you have and what potential you have to develop further.

Your job is to make it as easy as possible for the interviewer to do his job and to get the information he needs about you. If you have prepared well for the interview, your chances of success are greatly impr

1. Choose clothes in what you feel comfortable
2. Be punctual; better to arrive 15 minutes early.
3. Do not smoke or chew gum.
4.
5. Be confident
6.Try to act naturally; be relaxed and attentive at the same time.
7. Listen to the questions. If you do not understand a question, ask the interviewer to repeat or re-phrase it.
8.Answer concisely. Be precise, specific and to the point.
talk about your skills, experience and achievements as they relate to the posted job.
9. Do not exaggerate your skills and accomplishments.
10. Be enthusiastic. Interviewers will always respond to someone who is enthusiastic and shows an interest in the posted job.

11. At the end, thank the interviewer and tell him if you are still interested the job. You may also ask when a final selection decision can be expected.
