Gentle Warning to CuLprits - Must Read it.

Asslamo Alikum Respected members :)

Pegham Administration ke notice main dedicated sources se yeh baat with proof samny aai hay ke kuch members pegham members ke threads same to same doosrey forums per copy kar rahy hain, aur udher ke threads idher copy kar rahy hain, aur heraangi ki baat yeh hay ke aik title tak nahi change kar sakty yeh log. Main yahan just sirf un logon se mukhatib hon jo is kaam main involve hain aur aik special plan ke tehat pegham pe sargarm hain. Those members are on my fingertips. Main un member ko itna kehna chahon ga ke mehnat se jii churaana chor dein, agar kisi forum ne aap ko aik dedicated uhda dia hay to us ke sath sincere hon aur mehnat se kaam karein, na ke idher ka data udher aur udher ka data idher. Main kisi maslihaat ke tehat un members ke yahan naam nahi post kar raha lekan jab woh yeh message parhein gay to woh zaroor jaan jain gay. Sudher jain, aur un members ka dil mat dukhain jo pegham ke lye dedicate hain. Jin ke ideas aap churate hain, jin ke threads same halat main kahin aur lagaty hain.


On behalf of Administration I as Super Moderator of pegham issuing a gentle warning to those members not to act like culprits otherwise i'll send recommendations of strict action against the individuals to Admin with prooves.

Yaraam- I think it is high time action is taken against such culprits.I discovered another forum recently and have noticed that members from that forum have registerd on Pegham with exact same usernames!!!!!!!!Kiya woh itna paagal hein ke smjhtein hein koi notice hi nahi kare ga

It definately discourages members from using their iniative and making new threads therefore I am very glad that this warning has been issued.

Kisi ke ideas/titles ko chori kar ke apne naam se threads banana aaj kal aik custom ki shakal ikhtyar kar chuka hay, yeh log samjhty hain ke team ki ankhein band hein aur woh soye pary hain. Agar woh sochty hain ke woh forum per aisay kaam karein gay aur team ko pata nahi chaly ga to woh yeh cheez apne zehan se nikaal phenkein. Main un logon ko yahan aik sudherny ka moqa de raha hon with best wishes

Agar aap kisi forum ka watermark use karty ho to is se saaf zahir hota hay ke aap us forum ke sath kitny dedicate hain. Agar members apny kaam ko save karna chahte hain to woh watermark use karein. I highly appreciate using watermarks having pegham description instead of showing ownership of the thread himself/herself. Agar forum ke sath sincerity ki baat ki jaye to members ki activities se pata chal jata hay. Kuch log apne nick ka logo peechay use karty hain jin se pata chal jata hay ke woh is forum tak hi mehdood nahi. Woh apna kaam kahin aur share bhi karty hain. Jin se yeh zahir hota hay ke woh pegham ke sath sincere nahi hain. Multiple forums ko same keywords/tags dene se aap apni loyality ka izhaar mat kia karein. Jis se search engine aap ke forum ke sath kayi aur forums ke link bhi show kar de. Samjhny waley meri batein samjh jain gay !!!

Well in My own opinion proper consideration and priority should be given
to the the theme of knowledge being shared over here and concerns should
be in less amount with source or rights holding authority.this can be envisaged
in a quite understanding manner with having knowledge of some basic facts of
information sharing over the internet,which are as follow ..internet right from begining is meant
to be the primary populator of information and data sharing .there are only acute dimensions which serve the
affair of dealing with copyrights and infringement acts ...so 93 % internet is composed of free and from every where information
concept ...so why one must stop the knowledge or information from sources and providers which are doing for you free...!!.....just due to the reason
that they are just sharing it from another chain source of internet...!!....which infact is the basic principle of internet...Lol (heheh).
so i think emphasis must not be laid down on holding rights for information that is "SO" public now a days.i expressed same kind of words
in one my webinar where i stated that we must have to changed the way of our presenece over the internet ..bcoz pakistan gonna play very

important role in the coming futute ...so in my opinion info must be kept under the rules of free sharing as far as the internet is concerned.

well again in my opinion i will be a well wisher for some one particular who is spreading my 'unique idea" through his sourcing channels ..in fact there is nothing at all to worry about. now you follow my example ....in contrast to your unique ideas concept ...suppose i sure a software in page over here with well written software review along with it ..and one new member comes here and pick my thread and review for his own web site or blog .....again suppose i have written a faiz ahmez faiz'z ghazal and designed it very good ....and once again one comes and picks it up for his web site or blog ,and puts it up with his own name or some copyright ....again suppose some one comes from another forum x and pastes here his/her knowledge that he /she had already shared on their own forum .....wht is costing at all ..??...actually one thing that is ones conscious ...who is doing this bad ...otherwise it is 100% knowldge sharing business ..one should not really be affected by this....it makes no difference at all :think:

Yeh mukhtalif nuktaa e nzar rakhny walon ki mukhtalif sochein hain ke data sharing ke kia rules hain kia regulations hain. well i am assuring you that these kinda warnings never gonna work ...believe me ....people do over internet what they want to do ..!.... but if you are very concerned about precious nature of your data then do some kinda Data Center Steps ...make you own data center and handle and represent your data with special data representation techss..other wise these kinda warnings never gonna work and these things happen over internet in millions per second:shyy:...if you really wanna do some kinda admin work then do work on your web -user data model ....this is the way you are gonna escape such things with wishes ..:p

The word "Culprits" is very much offensive. It should be replaced with one having lower intensity.

I agree with Ali and Khalil comments. We can see copy-paste mania everywhere. So you can't particularly highlight one person or a small group of people. The rules should be same for everyone.

App copy pasting ko to nahi rook sakte...han lekin kuch aisa kar sakte he jis se yeh kam hojae...

sports desk ka app ne kaha..agur un images pe pegham ka LOGO laga dein to aisa na hoga...isi tarah images pe bhi yeh policy apply ho sakti he....agur member nahi karte to MOD team un images pe PEGHAM ki signature laga kar upload kar sakte he...
